About the Authors...

Paul O'Brien

Author of the Year 11 – 2 Unit Advanced book

Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney in 1975 majoring in pure mathematics and completed his Diploma of Education at the University of New England in 1979. He has had 20 years of teaching experience in England and Australia.

Author of the Year 11, 2 Unit Advanced Book in this Series.

He has participated in numerous in-service courses throughout his career, teaching all levels of mathematics at secondary schools.

He has taught at TAFE Colleges and schools in the Western Sydney region, and is a member of the Mathematical Association of NSW and the Australian Teaching Council

Paul is currently a senior mathematics teacher at McCarthy Catholic Senior High School at Emu Plains.

Paul is the author of the Year 11 – 2 Unit Advanced book in this series.
